Bonus Expiry

5. Game Rules and Sports Betting

Voided Bets and Refunds
Where a bet is voided — whether due to an event cancellation, a technical error, or a pricing dispute — the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on voided bets. Refunds of voided bets are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn immediately subject to standard verification procedures.

Player Losses

Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hot88o's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content published on the hot88o platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and the hot88o brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of hot88o or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by hot88o.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any hot88o content without prior written authorisation from hot88o. Unauthorised use of hot88o intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the hot88o platform, you agree to first contact the hot88o support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. hot88o will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receiving written notification.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to a binding arbitration process before any legal proceedings are commenced. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.
